A New Branch of The Life Strategies: Introducing The Life Strategies Kids

Over the past several years, my work through The Life Strategies has focused on helping adults navigate life transitions with clarity, structure, and purpose. Many of the people I work with are walking through significant seasons of change: caregiving, career shifts, health resets, and rediscovering purpose in new stages of life. But along the way, I began noticing something important. Many of the skills adults struggle to rebuild later in life — kindness, resilience, courage, healthy habits, and decision-making — are life strategies that can actually be introduced much earlier. That realization led me to begin building something new:

THE LIFE STRATEGIES KIDS!

The Life Strategies Kids is a character-based lesson series designed to help children develop simple life strategies they can use every day.

Each episode includes:
• A short lesson led by Miss Chelle, the Teacher and Guide
• A learning example from Sparky, the Learning Buddy
• Encouragement from Coach Michelle
• A simple activity families can do together

The goal is simple:
To help children build strong character foundations through small, practical lessons.

These lessons focus on life skills such as:

• Choosing kindness
• Trying new things
• Being brave
• Helping others
• Building healthy habits

The first episode introduces one of the most important lessons of all:

Choosing Kindness.

Families can watch the episode together and download the printable Activity Pack (Activity Sheet and Coloring Page) that goes with the lesson.

Over time, The Life Strategies Kids will grow into a full library of lessons, activities, and seasonal workbooks designed to help families encourage character development in a practical, positive way.

As with everything I build through The Life Strategies, the goal is to provide tools that help people grow — at every stage of life. And sometimes, the best place to begin is at the very beginning.
